Best Way to improve your skill level for miniature painting ...

A couple of weeks ago Joschka aka @lackofgoodtaste visited me to take part in my Group Masterclass about 'Abandoned Cars' and man we had fun. I also coach Joschka online via my Patreon and we were up to summarize some lessons. It was lovely to sit down for some hours prior to the workshop with brush in hand.

I was able to explain to Joschka how my perspective of sketching works and how to implement, read and understand shadow and light initially for that. Fun was had two quick sketches done to manifest the knowledge.

Our photo is now part of my wall of memories in my studio where all my students from all different types of classes and workshops are collected. It is huge, the last twenty years of teaching over six thousand students hands-on.
